In compliance with Personal Data Protection laws in effect, LABORATORIO DE GESTIÓN AMBIENTAL (hereinafter, LGA or the Company) informs users of the website www.lga.com (hereinafter, the Website) as to the existence of the Data Protection and Privacy Policy that will apply to the processing of personal data that the User voluntarily provides when accessing the Website or the corresponding mobile application.

Upon providing LGA with their personal data through the Website’s electronic forms, contact section, employment form… and, where applicable, by ticking the corresponding acceptance box, the User expressly consents to LGA processing said data according to the terms of this clause of the Data Protection and Privacy Policy, and for the purposes expressed herein.

LGA informs Website users that their personal data may only be obtained with their consent when it is appropriate, pertinent, and not excessive in terms of the area and specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes for which it is obtained. Said data will be cancelled when it is no longer necessary or pertinent to said purpose, or when the data owner makes a request to do so by exercising their right of cancelation.

Purposes
  • Making results obtained from contracted LGA analysis available through the Client’s user account.
  • Managing requests for information and/or inquiries received through the provided Contact section.
  • Managing requests received through the Quote section.
  • Evaluating CVs for selection processes that may take place at LGA.
Legitimacy and storage The basis for processing data is the consent given by the User upon ticking the corresponding acceptance box, where applicable.

Contact data will be stored for as long the relationship is maintained, and as long as its deletion is not requested. Data relating to CV information will be stored for a maximum period of one year.

Transfer recipients Companies that make up the environmental area of the URBASER Group at any time, including, among other activities, roadway cleaning, S.U.W. collection, treatment, recycling, and energy valuation, integral energy management, green zone management, and integral water cycle management.

This communication will be for the sole purpose of employment.
No international transfer of data will be carried out.

The user will be the sole party responsible for the accuracy of the data provided to the Company.

Fields in the forms provided on the Website that are marked with an asterisk (*) are required, meaning that if any are not completed, the form will not be sent.

LGA properly administers its server environment with a strictly compliant firewall infrastructure. It continuously uses current technologies to ensure that information confidentiality and privacy are not compromised. The Website uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol to improve security. SSL is the sector’s standard technology, which is used to protect and maintain security of messages transmitted over the Internet. For this reason, the necessary technical and organisational measures are adopted in order to guarantee the security of the personal data contained herein, and to avoid its unauthorised access, processing, loss, or alteration, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data, and the risks to which it is exposed.

Any change made to the Privacy Policy and information administration practices will be reflected as necessary, with the Company being able to add, modify, or eliminate said privacy policy when it sees fit.

In any case, the Company will in no way modify policies or practices in order to make them less efficient in the protection of our clients’ previously stored personal data without prior consent from the clients affected.
